How You Can Help Prevent Injury to Yourself |
1. If you haven’t done so already,
contact
your Ergonomic Evaluator and get
an evaluation of your workstation. If your workstation is not ergonomically
correct, the evaluator will adjust items and order products as necessary.
2.
If you feel your RMI is work related, contact
Human Resources immediately. 4. Educate yourself. Read the section of this site on Preventing Injury to Yourself. There are also many books written on the subject, as well as endless information on the internet (but take breaks when you are using the web!).
